CIHI Portal is a web-based analytical tool for comparative analysis of the Canadian health care system by Hospitals, Regional Health Authorities and Ministries of Health. The Senior Analyst will focus on providing training and support to external Portal users. Another major responsibility will be to apply their data analysis experience within CIHI Portal's business intelligence environment to support the use of CIHI Portal for analysis and reporting by external users. This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Analyst with a technical aptitude and strong communication skills to educate and support external Portal users utilizing business intelligence best practices. This person will work within a multi-disciplinary team that spans responsibilities for technical development, education/training, meta data documentation, reporting design, and client focused support.
